The Platform is designed to connect real estate agents, property buyers, and sellers across Arizona. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Platform by any third party.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
• You will not use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity.

3. Agent Registration

Agents who register on the Platform must provide accurate and complete information, including valid contact details and professional credentials. Arizona Prime Agent reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Property Listings

All property listings must be accurate, up-to-date, and comply with applicable real estate laws and regulations. Agents are solely responsible for the content of their listings, including property descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.

• Listings must not contain misleading or false information.
• Images must represent the actual property and must not infringe copyrights.
• The Platform reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

5. Membership & Payments

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid membership. By purchasing a membership plan, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and renewal policies as described at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Arizona Prime Agent or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arizona Prime Agent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arizona Prime Agent, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Modifications to Terms

Arizona Prime Agent reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.
